Top Dog Promotions approached TFA to design and supply a fully-fledged exhibition stand for one of their biggest clients, World Vision. The exhibition stand was going to form a major part of their ‘Popcorn Experiment’ promotion and required the stand to be designed, created and supplied in less than 5-working days; a tough ask for even the most established creative agency. The stand also required large quantities of bespoke leaflets and promotional postcards for distribution at the event; small items, but important nonetheless.
We set about immediately by creating two exhibition stand designs that would meet a number of different criteria; including budget, timescale of production and ease-of-use. The exhibition stand items would have to be re-useable but also easy to assemble by a minimum amount of personnel; an important consideration for any promotional stand that will be re-used at different locations. Once an overall design had been agreed, we refined the stand further and offered suggestions on how it could be expanded and adapted for future events in different areas.
The final design that World Vision and Top Dog chose included 5x5m trussing and black drapes that kept the stand ‘hidden’ from public view. This was to give an air of mystery to the stand and entice people in; which it did! Both Top Dog and World Vision were extremely pleased with the final exhibition stand and associated marketing collateral. They were also impressed that such a large project was turned around in an exceptionally short timescale; something that we at TFA are extremely proud and delighted with.
