With over a hundred years of making quality shirts and formal garments behind them, we were asked to help Quantum, who were looking for an innovative team of brand consultants, to create their first retail shirt brand. TFA was given open-license to develop the new brand from scratch, including the brand name, to dictate precisely what it embodied and what the products and customer experience should reflect.
Underpinned by an in-depth market research exercise, a report was compiled by the marketing consultants here at TFA making certain recommendations as to market landscape and where the new brand would best be positioned, in terms of its proposition, values and pricing strategy.
This led on to the development of a series of three separate brands, each supported by a brand image, message and strategy. TFA prepared a comprehensive marketing plan and will be creating and implementing the rollout marketing campaign for an exciting new range of products.
