A key consideration to our designers was to create a stand that would be both visually appealing and easy to transport. Jewers had mentioned in their brief to us that the stand may only be manned by 1-2 members of staff at various events, so it must be easy to transport and construct whilst off-site. Our graphic designers looked at a number of different options on the market and identified three potential exhibition stand designs that would be suitable for the brief. We also paid very careful attention to overall dimensions and, crucially, overall weight of potential exhibition stand designs to ensure it would be as easy to transport to events as possible.
Once a design concept had been agreed, our graphic design team set about creating full artwork for the stands and also exhibition stand floor plans that would help Jewers Doors plan their events and how the stand would be erected. To ensure the exhibition stand was delivered on-time, the team here at TFA took control of the supplier liaison process; giving regular updates as to build progress and delivery to Jewers so they were aware at all times what was happening and could make their own preparations.
Jewers took delivery of the stand 5-working days after it was approved and they have been thrilled with both the end product and the service they have received. The stand made its debut at an aerospace show in Singapore and was met with universal approval from both staff and visitors to the show. This type of project is something our design studio thrives on and presents challenges that we really do enjoy overcoming to deliver a fabulous end product.
